YOCAS This new study by the American Society of Clinical Oncology has proved a clear link between yoga stretching and reduced inflammatory markers for cancer survivors. Coming Soon! Saturday morning monthly workshops in Drumbeg, Lairg. Dates to be confirmed, live in person 10am-12.30pm with shared lunch.

The new model of teaching is to check in with your teacher for a workshop from time-to-time for some more in-depth teaching which will in turn help to develop and sustain a home practice. These workshops will draw on several types of yoga: Hatha being the mainstay practice, including elements of Yin Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Attendees will be invited to a ‘bring-a-dish’ shared vegetarian lunch afterwards.
